The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Attiya Sheikh's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of her conviction. In May 2025 she was convicted of handling stolen personal protective equipment taken from NHS Scotland during the COVID-19 pandemic and was sentenced to 10 months' imprisonment. The tribunal concluded the offending was premeditated, persistent and connected to her role as a doctor, and that she had shown no meaningful insight or remediation. On 10 February 2026 it directed that her name be erased from the medical register and imposed an immediate order.

The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Victor Evbuomwan's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of misconduct. Between December 2021 and February 2024 he was dishonest in four documents submitted to prospective NHS employers and the GMC, including misrepresenting NHS work experience and failing to declare a 2007 fraud conviction. The tribunal found his 2007 conviction itself did not impair his fitness to practise given the passage of time. On 10 February 2026 it suspended his registration for 12 months with a review and imposed an immediate order.

In late 2023 and early 2024 she reposted two items on X that the tribunal found were objectively antisemitic and seriously offensive, including an AI-generated image suggesting Jewish involvement in the 9/11 attacks. The tribunal accepted she was not motivated by religious hostility but found she had identified herself as a doctor when reposting. On 6 February 2026 it directed a 2-month suspension with a review hearing.

The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Sonali Mukherjee-Bose's fitness to practise was no longer impaired. A 2025 tribunal had previously found that in October 2021 she dishonestly asked a junior colleague to help create false COVID-19 vaccination certificates and suspended her registration for 12 months. At this review hearing on 6 February 2026 the tribunal found she had now accepted her dishonesty, completed a remedial ethics course and demonstrated genuine insight and remediation. The 12-month suspension will run its full course before her registration is restored.
